Yoga for Runners

Feeling tight after a week of training?  Literally unwind with a 1 hour athletic-focused yoga class.  We’ll work into hips, hamstrings, and glutes to find relief in these often over-worked areas. Please bring a mat and a smile.

Instructor: Anna Buchanan

Dates: Sundays October 15 thru November 26
Cost: $49.00 / 7 classes  (drop-in fee – $8 per class)
Time: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Location: Grant Road School gym

Basic Yoga

Come enjoy this challenging, yet achievable multi-level class.  Poses will be modified for all levels of Beginner.  Ages 12 to 120 welcome.  Please bring your mat.

Dates: Mondays October 16 thru November 27
Cost: $49.00 / 7 classes  (drop-in fee – $8 per class)
Time: 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Location: Massey School gym

Essentrics

Improve joint-mobility, muscle-flexibility, balance & stability with this user-friendly fitness program. Essentrics is a full-body class that simultaneously strengthens while stretching; aiming to improve posture, reduce pain and find freedom of movement. All that’s needed is a yoga mat for some floor-work.

Dates: Wednesdays October 18 thru November 29
Cost: $49.00 / 7 classes  (drop-in fee – $8 per class)
