20-20-20

This athletic workout starts with 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of weights and finishes with 20 minutes of core work and stretch.

BODY SCULPTING & CORE CONDITIONING

Body sculpting and core conditioning is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Using hand weights, exercise bands, and/or bender balls or discs; participants will perform weight-toning exercises and stretches. This class will include mindfulness rest and relaxing the body movements following the sculpting exercises. Participants need to bring hand weights and mat.

BUTTS, GUTS & STRETCH

This class combines legs/gluts/abdomen and core work followed by body stretching.

PILATES

This multi-level Pilates class will help you tone your abs & strengthen your back.  In fact, Pilates works the whole body as it creates a more streamlined shape. Increase joint-mobility without placing impact on joints. Improve your posture, flexibility & balance. With built-in modifications, Pilates is for everyone! You may want to bring a mat.

RELEASE, REBUILD & RELAX

RELEASE – We will use 6-to-10-inch balls to condition & lengthen muscles. This form of therapeutic ball release creates suppleness in tight areas, enhances posture & increases range of motion.

REBUILD – Pilates exercises strengthen & tone muscles – especially your core (abs, back, hips & butt).

RELAX – Yoga poses & stretches to leave you feeling great!
